Reservation & Cancellation:

A deposit equivalent to one night-stay plus tax for each room booked is required to confirm your reservation. It will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. Please complete the Reservation form (download in .PDF format available on the 'Rates' sub-menu) and fax it to us at +1 (242) 327-7040.

Should you have to cancel your reservation the deposit - less a US$35 processing fee - will be refunded, provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date. Please note that we are unable to make refunds under any circumstances for late arrivals or early departures.

Check-in & check-out:

Check-in time is after 2pm. Check out time is 11am.

Information for Families:

We do not have any facilities for children. When considering whether to bring your family here, please bear in mind that our Guests visit us because of our quiet ambience and to get away from disturbances. Sorry, we cannot accommodate extra beds in any of the rooms.

Wheelchair access:

Access to our facilities is only possible via stairs. We do not have any special access for wheelchairs.

Smoking:

Smoking is only permitted on the porch.

Telephone Charges & International Cell Phones:

Local calls are inexpensive. However, we do have to charge long distance calls based on the prices applicable at the local telephone company. Rates are expensive. Most cell phones will not work in The Bahamas. Cell phones are available for rent at the airport.
